What your working day will look like:
- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment
- A strong understanding of confidentiality
- The ability to handle medications accurately
