Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for our branch. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering prescriptions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring that you always provide courteous and effective customer service.
In this role, you will be handling important medication, so it is crucial that you understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism at all times. You will be interacting with vulnerable individuals within the community, and it is essential that you build rapport with these customers and ensure they receive their medication when they need it.
In addition to delivering prescriptions, you will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, including delivery logs, inventory tracking and proper filing of documentation.
- Total Working Hours: 15hrs
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm
- Rate of Pay: £12.82ph
Qualifications: Full UK driving licence; prior experience in customer service and delivery driving is preferred but not required. You must comply with company policies on safe transport of goods and maintain van security at all times.
