Responsibilities
- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Qualifications
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to handle medications accurately
