Rowland Group provides comprehensive HVAC services nationwide, including air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical, and smoke extraction solutions. Specialising in Leisure, Hospitality & Industrial sectors. Rowland Group offers full design, consultancy, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services, with technical submissions and in-house design for all projects. Each site is surveyed by a dedicated project manager to ensure tailored, high-quality solutions. Their service offerings span air conditioning, smoke extraction systems, kitchen ventilation, commercial heating & mechanical installations.
This is a full-time hybrid HVAC Project Manager role, working nationwide. The Project Manager will oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, including planning, coordinating resources, managing budgets and subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing logistics, supervising contractors, monitoring installations, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with client requirements, including braze inspections and consultant site visits. Collaboration with stakeholders and efficient handling of tasks in a fast-paced environment are key to the role. The role will require staying away from home at times and includes weekly reporting to company directors. All project documents and reporting should be completed on our CRM system, Simpro.
Qualifications
- Experience in both Ventilation & Air Conditioning necessary
- BMS Controls knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with inspection processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
- Strong working knowledge of AHU’s, Mitsubishi Electric & Toshiba systems required
- Strong skills in Site/Contractor Management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Effective leadership and communication skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant certifications would be beneficial
