This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Floating Funeral Arranger to join an independent family business based in the Croydon area. You will have excellent communication and people skills, and be able to deal sensitively with distressing situations and ensure all funeral arrangements are conducted in accordance with the family’s wishes.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build a caring, professional relationship with the bereaved whilst delivering a consistently high level of client care. In your role you will be required to make all the practical arrangements for the funeral and also ensure the family are aware of the full range of services available to them. You must also be willing to work from multiple branches (all local) and pick up arrangements at a moment’s notice.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the profession with a calm and approachable manner, ability to drive with a clean driving licence and be well presented.
