Funeral Arranger

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Funeral Arranger to join an independent family business based in our Head Office, in the Croydon area.

Responsibilities

• Make all the practical arrangements for the funeral and ensure client families are aware of the full range of services available to them.
• Demonstrate the ability to build a caring, professional relationship with the bereaved whilst delivering a consistently high level of client care.
• You will have excellent communication and people skills; be able to deal sensitively with distressing situations and ensure all funeral arrangements are conducted in accordance with the family’s wishes.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the profession with a calm and approachable manner.
• Ability to drive with a clean driving license and be well presented.
