This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Funeral Arranger to join an independent family business based in our Head Office, in the Croydon area.
Responsibilities
- Make all the practical arrangements for the funeral and ensure client families are aware of the full range of services available to them.
- Demonstrate the ability to build a caring, professional relationship with the bereaved whilst delivering a consistently high level of client care.
- You will have excellent communication and people skills; be able to deal sensitively with distressing situations and ensure all funeral arrangements are conducted in accordance with the family’s wishes.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the profession with a calm and approachable manner.
- Ability to drive with a clean driving license and be well presented.
