A passionate Spa Therapist is required to join our team of therapists providing a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, with a focus on ensuring guests have an amazing experience.

Our 25 therapist are selected to provide the very best treatments, supported by a Reservation and Spa Reception team and our experienced Spa Manager, Nicola. As well as excellent facilities we offer training, development and progression opportunities to match. Indeed Nicola is a product of that success. Joining us four years go after perfecting her skills onboard luxury cruise ships in the Caribbean Nicola is now responsible for the operational success of our busy Utopia Spa.

As a Spa Therapist you will;

• Offering a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
• Meeting and greeting the client on arrival
• Taking the guest through the customer journey
• Explaining the treatment to be performed
• Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients requirements
• Discussing retail products and beauty regime to enhance guests experience following their treatment
• Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment
• Liaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

Requirements

• Shifts include; 9.45am 6.15pm, 10.45am 7.15pm, 11.45am 8.15pm
• 40 hrs over 5 days
• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
• Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment
