We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Brand Marketing Manager to lead the charge on storytelling, campaigns and brand moments across two bold and fast growing e-commerce brands: Pink Boutique and Rowen Homes.
At Pink Boutique, we’re all about fierce fashion and unapologetic glam. From our HQ in the North East, we’ve been serving statement style to glam girls across the globe. Over at Rowen Homes, we’re redefining luxury interiors with trend-led homeware that brings high-end design to everyday living. Both brands are driven by boldness, creativity, and an obsession with making every moment feel extraordinary and we need someone who can bring that to life through exceptional marketing.
This role is about taking full ownership of brand marketing and creative direction across both brands. You’ll lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution, manage PR and partnerships, and ensure every touchpoint feels on-brand and engaging. You’ll work across product launches, promotions and brand storytelling, always with your eye on impact and relevance.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering the brand marketing strategy across Pink Boutique and Rowen Homes
- Leading campaign ideation, planning and execution across digital, print and retail channels
- Ensuring brand consistency in all creative outputs, from copy and design to tone and experience
- Managing PR activity and identifying partnership opportunities that elevate the brands
- Collaborating with graphic designers, content creators and freelancers to bring campaigns to life
- Working closely with digital, CRM, retail and buying teams to align brand activity with trading goals
- Driving innovation, trend-awareness and bold creative thinking in everything you do
- Owning and leading the marketing calendars ensuring that key deadlines are being met with regular communication across campaigns and trading activities across the business
- Leading and developing a small but mighty team to deliver brand excellence
