We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Rowe Vets, Bradley Stoke.

Rowe Vets, Bradley Stoke is a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital and referral centre based in Bristol, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced and supportive clinical environment.

You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of vets, nurses, and clinical support colleagues, all working together to deliver exceptional patient and client care.

This role offers exposure to a varied caseload across both first opinion and referral services, giving you the opportunity to develop and utilise a broad range of nursing skills.

With a mix of surgical, medical, inpatient, emergency, and critical care cases, this is a rewarding position for an RVN who enjoys variety and thrives as part of a multidisciplinary team.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wide practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

  • Working Pattern
  • 24 hours per week
  • 3 days per week on a rota basis
  • 1:6 weekends

General responsibilities include

  • Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied hospital caseload
  • Support surgical and medical cases, including anaesthesia monitoring and patient care
  • Provide excellent inpatient, emergency, and critical care nursing
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to support patient flow and continuity of care
