As we grow, great content is becoming an increasingly important part of how we connect with our clients and show the world who we really are.

The Role
We're looking for a creative, driven Digital Content Creator to join the team and take ownership of the visual side of our brand. This is a broad and exciting role that spans property photography and videography, social media management, and content strategy. You'll be the person who helps us tell our story, and tells it well. From filming and editing property walkthroughs and team updates to managing our social channels and growing our online presence, no two days will look the same. If you love variety, have a great eye, and want to do genuinely creative work within a brilliant local business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, shooting and editing high quality property photography and videography for our sales and lettings listings
  • Creating engaging video content for our social media channels, including reels, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content and team features
  • Managing and growing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and beyond
  • Developing a consistent content calendar and keeping our channels active, relevant and on-brand
  • Filming on location at properties across Hampshire, as well as in and around our office
  • Editing content using your preferred platforms to a professional, polished standard
  • Capturing drone footage where required (subject to relevant qualifications)
  • Supporting the wider team with marketing materials, campaign visuals, and ad hoc creative projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation, ideally within property or a related industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform well
  • Experience using professional camera equipment and audio tools such as wireless Rode microphones and zoom recorders
  • Drone flying experience and a GVC or A2 CofC qualification (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • A genuine creative eye and a passion for producing content that stands out
  • A friendly, collaborative approach and a great fit with a close-knit team

What We Offer
A competitive salary of between £30-37k dependent on experience. Real creative ownership of a growing brand's digital presence. A varied, dynamic role where your work is seen and valued every day. A warm, supportive team who genuinely enjoy what they do. The chance to grow with us as the business continues to expand.
