Key areas of responsibility

  • Creating high‑quality visual assets across digital and print channels.
  • Applying and maintaining brand consistency across all communications.
  • Designing marketing materials, presentations, bid graphics, and internal content.
  • Working closely with engineers, marketers, and leadership teams.
  • Translating complex technical ideas into clear visual communication.
  • Supporting campaigns, events, and product launches with creative assets.
  • Managing multiple design tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Preparing artwork for production with strong attention to detail.
  • Contributing to the development of brand guidelines and templates.

Key skills, experience and behaviours

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creative thinking.
  • At least three years’ experience in a design role, either in‑house or agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Experience using digital design tools such as Figma.
  • A good understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print outputs.
  • Confidence explaining design decisions to non‑design stakeholders.

About you

  • A practical and curious designer, motivated by solving problems visually and delivering work to a high standard.
  • Strong attention to quality and consistency, with pride taken in producing well‑crafted design.
  • Comfortable working with technical subject matter and keen to learn from colleagues with different skills and perspectives.
  • Able to perform well under pressure while taking ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
  • Strong organisation and time management.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Adaptability in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
