We’re building the UK's next generation engineering powerhouse, providing critical technology that strengthens national security and resilience. We specialise in turning advances in sensing, AI, and communications into operational capability for the edge, where connectivity may be degraded or denied. Our work focuses on accelerating the deployment of technology, improving decision-making for frontline teams, and protecting people and critical assets in demanding environments.
Headquartered in Bristol, Rowden employs around 160 people and operates over 20,000 square feet of engineering and manufacturing facilities. We have a growing international footprint and are one of Europe’s fastest-growing engineering businesses.
About the opportunity: We’re looking for a range of technical specialists to work on mission-critical challenges for our customers. If you have skills in the following areas, we'd love to hear from you:
- Field Service Representatives (FSRs)
- Capability Integration Engineers (CIs)
- Infrastructure Engineering (On-prem / hybrid / cloud)
- Product Owners
Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
Key Areas of Responsibility: We are growing our team. You will play a crucial role working directly with our end users to deliver mission-critical capabilities. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in the following types of roles:
- Field Service Representatives (FSRs): Hands-on engineers who deploy, support, and maintain C4ISR and autonomous systems. You’ll work directly with users, configure systems for deployment, provide training, test new features, and feedback insights to our engineering teams.
- Capability Integration Engineers (CIs): CIs are the technical bridge between users, engineering teams, and industry partners. You'll get hands-on with tactical systems, support requirements gathering, deliver field-based scenario training, and help de-risk tech deployments. You’ll be responsible for translating complex user needs into practical, working solutions.
- DevSecOps Engineers: Integrate security seamlessly into the development and deployment process, ensuring secure and efficient delivery pipelines for critical systems.
- Cloud Engineers (AWS): Design and implement scalable cloud solutions that enable our customers to modernise their IT infrastructure.
- Product Owners: Help shape and prioritise development backlogs to ensure delivery of features that directly address end user needs in constrained and mission-critical environments.
