- Providing responsive, solution-focused service delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prioritising operational agility, user responsiveness, and capability evolution while maintaining governance and compliance.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities and emerging issues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; able to interact professionally with users, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency in Office automation, notably Excel, Word, and email-based workflow management.
Desirable (not essential)
- Familiarity with secure or regulated environments (government, defence, finance sectors).
- SFIA Level 4 capability in Service Management, Customer Relations, or Incident Management.
- Project or programme management experience.
- Knowledge of commercial telco models (contract terms, SLA construction, cost models).
- Experience with service portal tools or ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with UK government procurement frameworks or MOD operating models.
