  • Posting job adverts across various platforms and ensuring they remain up to date.
  • Carrying out initial searches or research tasks to help support early talent pipeline activity.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing recruitment inboxes and our applicant tracking system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process with all associated administration.

  • Supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Ad-hoc support to the wider Talent and People team as the business continues to scale.

Key skills, experience and behaviours:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A positive, proactive approach to supporting colleagues and solving problems.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the People team.
  • Comfortable using common tools like email, spreadsheets, and shared documents.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable (but not essential).
  • Interest in talent acquisition, people operations, or building a career in Talent.
  • Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desirable.

About you:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks at pace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and solutions oriented.
  • Hardworking and eager to learn; excited about playing a key role in helping us hire people who strengthen the business.
  • Builds relationships well and enjoys working with people at all levels.
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Professional, personable and customer focused.
  • Take pride in delivering high quality work and supporting others to do the same.
  • Naturally curious and want to understand how things work so you can improve them over time.
  • Strong IT skills, with confidence using calendars, spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems (or willingness to learn).
