You’ll build proactive pipelines for tough-to-fill disciplines such as RF engineering, ML, systems engineering and software, while shaping Rowden’s sourcing strategy and channels beyond LinkedIn.
The role combines hands-on sourcing with data-driven market insight to steer workforce planning. Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days on-site at our Bristol HQ.
