Rowcroft Hospice is seeking a Team Coordinator (Team Leader) to join our Clinical Services Coordination Team in Torquay. This role will lead an administration team, coordinate referrals and seven-day cover, and support clinical IT systems to help our teams deliver outstanding patient care across South Devon.
You will drive process improvements, develop colleagues and volunteers, manage confidential information, and contribute to safer, more efficient service delivery.
