Salary: Band B £25,034 to £26,598 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Our Hospice at Home team are passionate about providing the highest quality of care and support to a patient and their loved ones. Our Senior Healthcare Assistants (SHCAs) work as part of a caring, inclusive and supportive team all with the same passion, compassion, knowledge and skills to support both the patient and their loved ones in their own homes at a difficult and precious time.
To be successful in this role you will need proven care experience, an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and be passionate about providing good quality palliative care to people in their own homes. You will also be an excellent communicator and able to work well on your own, within a very supportive team.
We provide free parking on site, uniforms, excellent induction, meaningful annual reviews and the encouragement to develop your skills and progress your career if you wish. We work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive and welcoming.
