Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: Band D (31,049 to £37,796) per annum, pro rata, depending on experience

Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (part time positions considered)

Job Overview: We are looking for someone to join our Inpatient Unit to deliver complex symptom management and end of life care to our patients, whilst also offering emotional support to our patients and their loved ones. Working as part of our multi-disciplinary team, you would be responsible for planning and managing care for patients within our unit. We don’t pretend this is an easy job, but it is incredibly rewarding. You will have support from within your team to help deal with the difficult times. On the positive side, you will finish every shift knowing that you have made a huge difference to every patient that you have cared for.

What you’ll bring: To be successful in this role you will need to be a registered nurse with a passion for palliative care, good communication skills, and a desire to deliver personalised care to each of our patients.
