We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team. You’ll be the friendly voice of our brand, supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and enquiries — and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and where your contribution really does make a difference to our customers’ experience.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Confident communication with people over the phone and in writing, with good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfort using computer systems and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused.
- Previous customer service experience is helpful, but we’re open to candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Team-player mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.
What’s in it for you?
You will be supported and encouraged to innovate and to try new things. Our scope of work and our confident organisational vision create opportunities for progress and development. We work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive and welcoming. It can be tough, but you’ll see clearly the importance and impact of your work and feel recognised and part of something remarkable. Values are critical to Rowcroft, so you will need to be generous in spirit, show respect to others, be a team player and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
