Position: Full time, on site. Variable hours per week depending on service need. Band D (£16.45 to £20.02 per hour) depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver complex symptom management and end‑of‑life care to patients on the Inpatient Unit.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their loved ones.
- Plan and manage care for patients within the unit as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Support colleagues in dealing with difficult times and maintain a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse with a passion for palliative care.
- Good communication skills and a desire to deliver personalised care to each patient.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a close, welcoming and inclusive team.
- Motivated by the hospice’s mission and capable of working with energy and passion.
