Retail Volunteer – Ella’s Café Lounge (Chelston)

Ella’s Café Lounge in Chelston is one of our busiest and most stylish locations, serving delicious food and drinks alongside some fabulous shopping opportunities.

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and enjoy being in a social, fast paced environment.We’re currently looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help with our cafe and/or our boutique.

For the cafe, some catering and experience is desirable but full training will be given – your enthusiasm and reliability is what’s most important. You’ll be using a barista type coffee machine, taking orders and payments, serving drinks and meals, clearing tables and you’ll definitely need to be happy to help with the washing up!

For the boutique, you will help with greeting and serving customers, using the till, sorting and displaying stock and generally keeping things tidy and appealing.

In both roles you’ll be dealing with customers so you need to be good with the public, and help create a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
