As a Manager, you will lead the retail experience, contributing to the growth and success of our retail business. You will need strong leadership skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to manage volunteers, act as a brand ambassador, and be creative and innovative to meet targets and uphold high standards. This role includes participation in our Leadership and Management training program and requires thriving in a fast-paced environment with manual handling responsibilities.
