Rowans Hospice in Purbrook is recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse to join the Hospice at Home team. You will deliver high-quality specialist palliative care in patients' homes, assess needs, develop care plans and supervise nursing colleagues to maintain best practice.
Reporting to the Hospice at Home Manager, you will lead clinical care with autonomy, coordinate with GPs and district nurses, and ensure compassionate end-of-life support in the community.
