Rowans Hospice is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the Hospice at Home team, based at Rowans Hospice in Purbrook. You will deliver high-quality specialist palliative care in patients' homes, assess needs, develop care plans and supervise colleagues within the nursing team.
Reporting to the Hospice at Home Manager, you will work with GPs, district nurses and other professionals, providing autonomous clinical care and contributing to the smooth running of the service.
