Rowan House is looking for care assistants to join their team in helping to look after the elderly residents in this busy dementia nursing home. Although experience is desirable, we will always consider applications from people who can show that they are patient,sympathetic, and caring, as attitude and understanding is more important than anything else. For this role you will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn about people with dementia, good communication skills, enthusiasm and motivation and most importantly provide high standards of care at all times. In any case, training will be given, and there are opportunities to complete QCF qualifications on site. We would love to hear from people who feel they have something valuable to offer.We are currently looking to recruit full and part time night care assistants; hours are 7pm – 7am including weekend shifts (on a rota basis).
