ROW 9 is building a next-generation media studio creating premium entertainment IP with leading creators, talent and cultural voices. We develop original YouTube formats, podcasts and franchises designed to become enduring entertainment brands. We build entertainment audiences first, then partner with brands that genuinely add value to the shows. Our ambition is to become the home of premium creator IP.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships Director to help build Row 9's sponsorship business from the ground up. You’ll be working across a growing slate of premium creator-led properties spanning entertainment, sport, food and culture, helping shape both the commercial strategy and the partnerships that bring each show to life. You'll help shape how we package our shows, build relationships with agencies and brands and secure founding commercial partners across our growing slate.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sponsorship revenue across the Row 9 slate
  • Sell integrated partnerships across YouTube, podcasts and social
  • Build relationships with brands and media agencies
  • Build and manage a live commercial pipeline
  • Forecast revenue opportunities
  • Develop sponsorship packages, pricing and sales materials with the founders
  • Lead negotiations and manage commercial relationships
  • Identify repeat and renewal opportunities

About You

  • Existing relationships with UK media agencies and brands
  • Experience selling sponsorships, branded entertainment or digital media
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent pitching and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Excited by the opportunity to build a business from the ground up rather than join an established organisation.

Compensation

We’re open to structuring this role in the right way for the right person. Initially, we anticipate engaging someone on a flexible consultancy or performance-based arrangement, with the opportunity to evolve into a permanent senior leadership role quickly as ROW 9 grows.
