ROW 9 is building a next-generation media studio creating premium entertainment IP with leading creators, talent and cultural voices. We develop original YouTube formats, podcasts and franchises designed to become enduring entertainment brands.

We build entertainment audiences first, then partner with brands that genuinely add value to the shows.

We're looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships Director to help build Row 9's sponsorship business from the ground up. You’ll be working across a growing slate of premium creator-led properties spanning entertainment, sport, food and culture, helping shape both the commercial strategy and the partnerships that bring each show to life.

You will:

  • Help shape how we package our shows
  • Build relationships with agencies and brands
  • Secure founding commercial partners across our growing slate
  • Sell integrated partnerships across YouTube, podcasts and social
  • Build and manage a live commercial pipeline
  • Lead negotiations and manage commercial relationships

Requirements:

  • Existing relationships with UK media agencies and brands
  • Experience selling sponsorships, branded entertainment or digital media
  • Excellent pitching and relationship-building skills
  • Excited by the opportunity to build a business from the ground up rather than join an established organisation

Compensation: Initially, we anticipate engaging someone on a flexible consultancy or performance-based arrangement, with the opportunity to evolve into a permanent senior leadership role quickly as ROW 9 grows.
