ROVI, part of the Ottolenghi family of restaurants, is looking for a dynamic and friendly Restaurant Receptionist to join our team in London. If you thrive in a vibrant environment, have excellent communication skills, and are excited about the world of food, we want to hear from you!
Please bear in mind we are only looking for someone with previous Restaurant Receptionist experience in a similar setting.
As a Restaurant Receptionist at ROVI, you will:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude at ROVI
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about menus, bookings, and events
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year experience as a restaurant receptionist, host/hostess, or similar role in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Seven Rooms) is a plus
- A passion for ROVI's food culture and a love for customer service
