Are you an experienced chef with a passion for innovative cuisine and a drive for excellence? ROVI is seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. ROVI is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant located in the heart of London, known for its inventive dishes, seasonal ingredients, and relaxed atmosphere.

As Chef de Partie at ROVI you will:

  • Have a passion for food and will run a section in the kitchen, delivering high quality dishes.
  • Maintain and facilitate good communication between both BOH and FOH.
  • Support developing and designing menus with the Head Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s concept and values, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
