What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to consistent standards.
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest at the bar.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and presentation to a high standard.
  • Manage bar stock, including ordering, rotation, and waste control.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol.
  • Collaborate with the wider front-of-house team to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Share your enthusiasm for drinks through recommendations and storytelling.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous bartending experience in a quality hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
  • A genuine passion for drinks and guest experience.
