Mission: Integrated within the Rovensa group's holding company, this role ensures the timely delivery of management information to the group's senior management, taking into account the decision-making process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct budget and control activities related to the "AgroBusiness" business units, namely in the preparation and consolidation of individual budgets, production and consolidation of management reports, and analysis of business information.
- Prepare the timely and careful presentation of results from various business areas and companies of the Group for senior management.
- Monitor and define KPIs that facilitate analysis, interpretation, and decision-making.
- Analyze the largest differences and variations in results, anticipating their effects whenever possible, and ensuring the mitigation of the risks involved.
- Contribute to standardizing planning and control tools in the various countries where the company operates, facilitating the analysis and interpretation of various KPIs.
- Prepare the management tool that allows for accurate monthly forecasts.
- Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the "AgroBusiness" business units, taking into account budget revisions and adjustments due to strategic changes or external factors, ensuring the consolidation of information.
- Identify opportunities to improve business management.
- Participate in multidisciplinary projects in the area of Planning and Control, proposing changes with a view to continuous improvement.
- Manage, motivate, develop and deal with your own human resources, in coordination with your hierarchy, particularly in terms of recruitment, integration and training needs and performance management in accordance with the Group's HR policies.
The talent we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in planning & control, preferably in industrial companies.
- Knowledge of English (mandatory) and Spanish (plus).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of Power BI and a passion for improving processes and ease with new technologies.
