Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed, we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

As a ROVA Performance Coach in Zurich, you're the person clients turn to when a plan needs to flex, whether that's adjusting a programme after a rough week or reading the room in a group class. You'll design and deliver 1-2-1 training, run onsite assessments, lead group sessions, and build the kind of relationship that keeps people coming back, even when life gets in the way.

You don't need to have done it all before. If you're qualified, motivated, and genuinely curious about the people in front of you, we'd like to hear from you.

You can't control what a client walks in with. You can control how ready you are for it.
