PERFORMANCE COACH Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist As a ROVA Performance Coach in Zurich, you're the person clients turn to when a plan needs to flex, whether that's adjusting a programme after a rough week or reading the room in a group class. You'll design and deliver 1-2-1 training, run onsite assessments, lead group sessions, and build the kind of relationship that keeps people coming back, even when life gets in the way. THE ROLE Location: Zurich, Switzerland Language Requirements: Fluent English, additional languages beneficial Salary: Up to 70,000CHF dependent on experience Benefits: Private Health Insurance, Pension Scheme, Annual leave, Annual Pay Review, Targeted Learning and Development opportunities. Contract Type: Full Time (40 hours per week), Permanent WHAT YOU BRING A recognised personal training qualification (Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, Fitness Instructing or Coaching), or a degree in Exercise or Sports Science REPS or CIMSPA accreditation at Level 3, or equivalent At least two years' experience coaching clients 1-2-1 Experience teaching group fitness classes, helping people build technique and confidence Corporate wellbeing experience is a bonus Confidence presenting to individuals and groups, backed by strong customer service instincts Comfortable working independently, with good IT skills across Microsoft Office and similar tools Genuine care for people, and the drive to keep learning in the wellbeing space DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 01 Coach & Deliver Training Instruct, support and motivate clients to reach their goals, safely and professionally Design and deliver 1-2-1 training programmes, adapting them as client needs change Plan and lead group exercise classes that build technique, confidence and consistency Carry out onsite health and training assessments using ROVA's evaluation framework 02 Review & Retain Hold regular reviews that keep clients engaged and moving toward their goals Build engagement through consistency, encouragement and genuine interest in people Share regular reporting on engagement, outcomes and client satisfaction 03 Connect & Communicate Support events, talks and presentations that bring the wellbeing programme to life Mentor colleagues and contribute to team learning and development Work collaboratively to support day-to-day site operations 04 Live the Values Follow ROVA Health and client policies, procedures and codes of conduct Represent ROVA Health's values in how you show up, every day Deliver every duty to a high standard, without being asked twice Build trust with clients through consistency and genuine care WHAT HAPPENS NEXT The Hiring Manager will review your application.
