ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed, we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
As Fitness and Wellbeing Manager, you'll run our Client's onsite active space day to day; coaching and developing the team, leading the wellbeing programme, and making sure every member gets a plan that fits their actual life, not a generic one. You'll teach classes, deliver 1:1 personal training, and keep the whole operation safe, compliant and on budget. It's a role for someone as comfortable managing people, budgets and health and safety as they are running a session on the fitness floor. Someone who reads what a room needs and adjusts, then does it again the next day. Fitness that works with real life, not against it.
