Roux at Skindles is a very busy Michelin listed French Brasserie, situated on the banks of the River Thames, owned & operated by the renowned Roux family. We are looking for a professional & creative chef to join our kitchen team as a Sous Chef. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Experience is essential & professional qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent).
- This position would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their first Sous Chef position or you will already be an experienced Sous Chef used to working in a busy kitchen.
- You must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
