Roux at Skindles is currently looking for an experienced bartender (aged 18 years or older) to join our front of house team. Owned & operated by the renowned Roux family, we are a very busy, Michelin listed French Brasserie & Cocktail Bar, situated on the banks of the River Thames. If you always like to make guests feel welcome & special, have a great smile, are flexible with working hours, have a strong work ethic & enjoy working in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you.

Previous bartending/mixology experience is essential and knowledge of restaurant food operations would be advantageous. Working closely with the General Manager and Bar Manager you will make sure drinks are prepared to perfection whilst going above & beyond in the service you offer, ensuring that all guests leave Roux at Skindles wanting to return. A good understanding of spoken & written English is required and you must also have the right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to the standard expected by a Michelin-listed establishment.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Bar Manager to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient front-of-house area in a busy environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous bartending/mixology experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of restaurant food operations is advantageous.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
