A Motherwell (Eurocentral) based premier destination for end to end temperate controlled transport and warehouse solutions is looking to add Warehouse Operatives to their team.
Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off 06:00am to 18:00pm or 18:00pm to 06:00am.
Hourly rate for the role is £12.60/£13.10
Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI’s in Health & Safety, service, and performance.
Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.
Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.
Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.
Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.
Driving a can-do culture by adopting a hands-on approach.
Develop and mentor members of your team.
Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.
Previous experience of Warehousing/Cold store environment.
