About The Role

SHIFT PATTERN - Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekend, Out of Hours Cover, Public Holidays.

MUST HAVE SIA LICENCE.

A Front‑of‑House (FOH) Security Officer is the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors entering a building or site. They combine customer service with security professionalism, helping maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑managed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access Control
  • Monitor and manage entry and exit points.
  • Verify ID badges, visitor passes and contractor authorisation.
  • Prevent unauthorised access.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Customer Service
  • Greet visitors and provide directions or assistance.
  • ALL VISITORS WILL BE SEARCHED.
  • Handle enquiries courteously and professionally.
  • Coordinate with reception staff or building management.

Monitoring variable shifts: Yes. Shifts Will Be: Mornings only, Afternoons only, Days, Nights, Weekends, Other.
