We are looking to hire a production operator on our Cumbernauld Site to undertake the role of packing and palletising finished goods, as well as other tasks in a busy clean environment. We are seeking candidates who have a flexible approach and can undertake a variety of production duties. Full training will be given, along with any ongoing training that may be required.

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Packing and palletising finished products while adhering to BRC regulated standards.
  • Maintain product quality through inspection and quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and health & safety is maintained at all times.
  • Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Help maintain good hygiene and cleanliness on equipment and around all areas on site.
  • Work collaboratively with others and show the ability to work as a team when required.
  • Undertake other tasks on site away from production.
  • Demonstrate good timekeeping and willingness to work a rotational shift pattern of day/backshift and possibly nightshift if required.

Shift Pattern/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Day Shift: 6am - 2pm; Backshift: 2pm - 10pm.

Job Type: Full-time. Salary: £12.26 per hour.
