About the role

At Pastdue Credit Solutions, we help customers who may be experiencing financial difficulty by having fair, supportive and professional conversations. This role focuses on quality customer service, understanding individual circumstances, and agreeing realistic and affordable solutions. You’ll never be expected to pressure customers or push unaffordable outcomes – doing the right thing for customers is central to how we work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional, respectful manner
  • Listening to customers and understanding their personal circumstances
  • Agreeing affordable payment arrangements based on customer needs and affordability
  • Supporting customers by signposting them to relevant charities and support organisations when appropriate
  • Updating customer accounts accurately with call outcomes and notes
  • Working towards achievable performance targets focused on service quality and positive customer outcomes

Starting salary up to £27,315.60 (depending on experience)
