About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Events Coordinator to join our growing face‑to‑face sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing high‑quality private sites and venues where our sales teams can operate. These locations may include shopping centres, retail parks, supermarkets, events, and privately owned public spaces. You will play a key role in ensuring our sales teams have consistent access to high‑footfall locations, helping drive strong campaign results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and secure suitable private sites for face‑to‑face sales activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers, landlords, and event organisers
- Manage and maintain a booking calendar for multiple sales teams
- Coordinate logistics and ensure all permissions and paperwork are in place before events
- Monitor site performance and prioritise high‑performing locations
- Source new opportunities including events, pop‑ups, and seasonal locations
- Work closely with the sales management team to plan site schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience in events coordination, venue booking, or site management is desirable
- Experience working with face‑to‑face sales teams or within a telesales/call centre role is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines
- Proactive and confident in outreach to new venues and partners
- Ability to build long‑term business relationships
- Competent with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
