The trainee estimator will assist with tender enquiries, client communication, and scope reviews, ensuring accurate quantity take‑offs. They will also manage supplier quote requests, follow up on pricing, and support the review and analysis of tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound enquiries and customer relationships
- Assist in quantity take‑offs
- Follow up and review of submitted BIDs
- Assist in handover & pre‑start of secured projects
- Some experience in the construction or landscaping industry, even in a related role.
- Experience using take‑off software (Bluebeam or CAD)
- Basic knowledge of quantity take‑off principles.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
