About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy office in Coatbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally with previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Managing and maintaining client files (paper and digital)
- Filing, scanning, and document organisation
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Assisting with conveyancing administration (preferred)
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Experience within a legal or conveyancing environment (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly:
- Outlook
- Excel
- Word
