Job Title: Trainee Claims Handler
A Cleland based Insurance Reinstatement Contractor who employ tradesmen to carry out Insurance related works to Domestic and Commercial Property are looking to add a Trainee Claims Handler to their busy team. They work for Loss Adjusters, Claims Management Companies and Surveying Companies. The office is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Office staff work 37 hours per week over 5 days starting at 9am and finishing at 5 with 1 half day per week finishing at 1pm. Hourly rate for the role is £13.45
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering telephones
- Dealing with emails from clients and policy holders.
- Data input to our database and clients database.
- Dealing with queries from clients, policy holders and tradesmen
Must be Computer literate. Have worked in Customer Service either in person or by telephone. Can work as part of a team.
