We are looking for an exceptional and dynamic Childcare Case Worker to provide high level advice, guidance and childcare arrangement support to our employability programmes. Join our growing team at Routes to Work!

The Childcare Case Worker role focuses on supporting Routes to Work clients with childcare needs; providing advice & guidance to clients, sourcing suitable childcare provision in the area and working in partnerships with organisations supporting parents. The role provides ongoing support, guidance and continuity to clients to ensure clients' childcare needs are met while being supported to progress back into sustainable employment.

In line with Routes to Work’s purpose, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible for ensuring you approach the role the Routes to Work way, providing the service in a professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly manner. This is a key role, working closely with a range of stakeholders, including partners and colleagues to deliver the best service to our clients.
