We are recruiting for reliable and passionate individuals with a genuine interest in making a difference in their local community. We are growing our current team by recruiting wonderful Support Workers in the North Lanarkshire area in order to continue to provide excellent homecare services across North Lanarkshire.

As a Support Worker in our North Lanarkshire care team, you will work to empower our service users to live independently in their own homes. You will be a warm and genuine individual with a passion for looking after others.

Full training will be provided as well as subsidised SVQs to help your career development in the social care sector. You will assist with:

  • Toileting
  • Washing and dressing
  • Preparing meals
  • Prompting medication
  • Light housework
