What will you do?
- Set up and maintain traffic management equipment.
- Perform essential tasks in the depot, including equipment maintenance.
- Display signage.
- Install temporary traffic lights as required.
- Ensure all operational needs are met through physically demanding work.

Our in-house trainers will assist you every step of the way and aid your career progression by helping you obtain every traffic management qualification. Progression is based on your attitude, ability, and reliability.
Manual driving license required. Own transport to commute to and from the depot (due to start and end times unsuited to public transport). Prior experience is necessary. Must be fully flexible as our shift patterns will include day, night, and weekend work, plus long hours over 7 days a week.
What does your pay look like? Below are the rates as per each point of progression. Further pay grades for each qualification level can be discussed at interview. Our training programme will take you through the ranks and if you choose to go the distance in your Traffic Management Career and progress to our top position of IPV Foreman/12C Supervisor, your pay will eventually look like:
- Day (£18)
- Night (£20)
- Weekend (£22)
