Overview
Relief Orthotics is looking for a dependable and hands-on Orthotics Technician to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining work in our Brownsburn facility with delivery responsibilities to healthcare settings. No previous experience is required, making this a great opportunity for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn a specialist trade.
Working Hours
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (early finish at 4:00pm)
- Thursday evening: Collection of company van for Friday delivery
- Future Full-Time Hours (Within a Few Months):
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of bespoke orthotic devices
- Carry out general workshop and office duties
- Deliver orthotic products to a children’s hospital in Liverpool
- Ensure safe transport and handling of medical products
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Follow all health & safety procedures
Delivery Responsibilities
- Collect company van from Airdrie on Thursday evenings
- Drive to Liverpool on Fridays to deliver orthotics
- Finish at 4:00pm on Fridays
