Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Their stores are open from early in the morning to late at night, so a flexible approach is essential.
  • No two days are the same and their Customer Service Assistants enjoy working at a fast pace, doing a variety of tasks from making breakfast rolls through to filling the shelves.
  • As Customer Service Assistant your priority is making sure their customers have a great experience every time they visit the store, through friendly service, great product availability and first-class hygiene standards.
  • You may be required to prepare and serve various products which could include raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens.
  • You will also be on your feet for long periods of time, and many of our roles will involve some lifting, carrying and other tasks such as stock merchandising and cleaning.
